Let’s get inspired by the season of pumpkins and the haunting beauty of Edgar Allan Poe! In this workshop, we’ll explore the moody colors and atmospheric imagery of autumn using a variety of materials—watercolors, opaque watercolors, ink, and pencils. This is a one-day  hands-on workshop where you can learn about the nature of slip decorating and how it can expand  your decorating possibilities in ways you can’t imagine if you haven’t tried it! We will Lear about slip-its history, and how to make many colors of slip. You will have a chance to experiment with slip on your own pieces or test tiles we will provide. The results will be posted in the studio for anyone to study.If you want to expand your possibilities, working with the right slip for your firing conditions, this is an intriguing way to begin. The possibilities are endless.
